Studio
One senior team, from first idea to live operation.
Eirvanta defines, designs, engineers and operates ambitious software products. We can build a new product from a blank page, create the next defining release of an existing one, or take responsibility for a critical product workstream. The founders remain directly involved throughout.
Start where the product needs us.
Some partners need the whole product. Others need the next decisive part. These are common starting points, not fixed packages; we shape the engagement around what the product requires.
Embedded product partnership
Eirvanta becomes the senior product team accountable for a defined outcome over three to six months. We can build a new product, lead a major product move or take ownership of a critical operational platform—holding product direction, design, engineering, launch and live operation together. It is an accountable partnership with a clear outcome and conclusion, not staff augmentation.
- Typically three to six months.
- Suitable for a new product, major product move or critical operational platform.
- A defined product outcome agreed up front.
- Direct founder involvement throughout.
- Agreed governance and named decision owners.
- Specialists added only where the product requires them.
- Public-credit and case-study terms agreed commercially.
Product Definition Sprint
For an idea, opportunity or major product decision that needs to become concrete before delivery begins. We establish who the product is for, what it must achieve, where its boundaries sit and how it should be designed and built. The result is a decision-ready product direction and a clear route into delivery.
- Five days to four weeks, depending on the decision.
- User, commercial and operational reality.
- Product boundary and experience model.
- Technical direction and delivery sequence.
- Prototype where it will reduce uncertainty.
- A final decision memo owned by the client.
Product Build
An end-to-end engagement taking a new product, platform, critical feature or operational tool from an agreed direction to production. The same founder-led team holds the product decisions, experience, architecture, engineering and launch together.
- A new product, critical feature or technically demanding workstream.
- Product direction, design and engineering held together.
- Production scope with defined milestones and decision owners.
- Released to real users or a real operating environment.
- A clear plan for operation, learning and the next release.
When Eirvanta is the right partner
Eirvanta is strongest when the product matters enough that strategy, design and engineering cannot be separated: a new venture has to become real; an existing product needs its next defining release; a demanding experience must work under real operating conditions; or a critical product workstream needs one accountable team. We work directly with founders and senior leaders who care about the result, not merely the output.
What we are not
Eirvanta is not strategy handed off for somebody else to implement, design applied after the important decisions, or a rented development bench. We take responsibility for deciding what should be built and for making it work in the real world.
Operating principles
Useful before impressive.
Usefulness is the standard, not an excuse for mediocrity. We design function, clarity and beauty together; polish is earned by how well the product works, not applied after the useful work is finished.
Beauty must improve understanding.
Craft is part of the product, not a decorative layer. It should make the experience clearer, more trustworthy and more memorable while remaining exact in operation.
The same people think, design and build.
Product direction, experience and engineering remain with the same senior team. The people making the decisions also make the product, so intent survives every implementation detail.
A product must work in service, not only at launch.
We remain accountable after release—observing how the product behaves in real conditions, improving it and making sure it continues to deserve its place.
How we work
We can enter at any stage. This is the complete path when we own the product from beginning to operation.
Understand
Start with the people, desired outcome, commercial context and technical reality—whether the starting point is a blank page or a live system.
Define
Shape the product, scope, experience, architecture, delivery sequence and the evidence that will show it is working.
Design and build
Create the interfaces, systems and features as one product. The people making the product decisions also design and engineer the work.
Launch, operate and improve
Release into real use, observe what happens, improve the product and remain accountable for its performance.
The co-founders
Louanne Murphy and Sean Murphy share responsibility for Eirvanta and work hands-on across its products—from the first question through product direction, design, engineering, launch and live operation.
Louanne Murphy
Louanne is a product builder and software engineer with more than a decade of experience building software. She has spoken at Microsoft Build twice, and her work spans product design and engineering across production web applications, native Apple platforms, AI interfaces and real-time 3D. Before Eirvanta, she contributed to product work involving Microsoft Bing, Browserbase, Parallel, Bluesky, and more.
louanne.meSean Murphy
Sean is a product and technology leader with more than two decades of experience designing software for complex, high-consequence operations. His work spans automated underwriting, healthcare decisioning and contact-centre platforms used by major US insurers. He served as CTO of a healthcare technology business acquired by Xerox, later led Intelligent Automation Solutions at Conduent and subsequently co-founded Vistio.

Tell us what you want to make possible.
You do not need a finished brief. Tell us what you want to build or move forward, who it is for, what exists today—if anything—and why it matters now. A founder will tell you candidly whether Eirvanta is the right partner.
